Une Proposition de Loi qui ouvre de Nouvelles Perspectives pour l'Économie Numérique du Congo

Introduction

Dans un monde en constante évolution, l'économie numérique joue un rôle de plus en plus crucial dans le développement des nations. C'est dans ce contexte que le Congo a franchi une étape importante avec l'adoption récente d'une proposition de loi prometteuse par l'Assemblée nationale.

Vers une Révolution de l'Économie Numérique

Cette proposition de loi relative à l'interopérabilité et à l'ouverture du Canal USSD au profit des Fournisseurs de services à Valeur ajoutée a été adoptée par l'Assemblée nationale le vendredi 14 juillet 2023. Cette décision marque un tournant majeur pour l'économie numérique du Congo.

Des Avancées Prometteuses

La libéralisation du Canal USSD ouvre des perspectives sans précédent pour la création de valeur dans différents secteurs. Les petites et moyennes entreprises (TPE/PME) ainsi que les start-ups du e-commerce, les Fintechs et les Jeux de hasard bénéficieront de cette opportunité pour développer leurs activités.

Une Défense tournée vers l'Avenir

La défense de cette loi a été spécialement destinée à la jeunesse productive du pays. En ouvrant les portes de l'innovation et de la technologie, cette proposition de loi vise à encourager l'entrepreneuriat et à offrir de nouvelles opportunités aux jeunes esprits créatifs du Congo.

Conclusion

En adoptant cette proposition de loi, le Congo prend un pas de plus vers une économie numérique florissante et dynamique. La libéralisation du Canal USSD promet de révolutionner le paysage économique du Congo en ouvrant la voie à de nouvelles perspectives de croissance pour les entrepreneurs et les innovateurs.

The head of Tesla and SpaceX talked about artificial intelligence (AI), climate technologies, and moderation in social networks.

Emmanuel Macron will also unveil a new plan to support the development of AI and French tech start-ups at the opening of the fair in Paris.

The French president wrote on Twitter: "I want France to be a champion and at the forefront of this new industrial revolution. Tomorrow, at the VivaTech exhibition, I will make announcements to accelerate our progress in financing, education, and research. As Europeans, we must also advance in regulating and mastering this technology."

The tech fair will be held in France from 14 to 17 June.

Real Talk:
Despite our attempt at keeping our Morocco Travel Documentary as authentic as possible, you are still watching a highlight reel. When editing, we naturally tend to choose the most exciting videos. What you don’t see are the hours spent driving through less spectacular landscapes or some of the unpleasant challenges we faced.

Did we like everything about Morocco?
Far from it. As mentioned in the video, the huge amount of trash definitely dampened our experience. Additionally, we were surprised by the sheer number of begging children. During our trip, we counted a minimum of 500 children asking us for money or sweets. While Morocco undoubtedly has to combat poverty, this behavior often seemed less dictated by need and more by opportunity. Stopping and giving is an individual choice, of course, but when we didn’t we were regularly flipped off, kicked after, or hurled insults at.
In general, though, we perceived most Moroccans as extremely friendly and helpful. The best example is the three local men who selflessly helped us to change our ruptured tire. We cannot thank them enough.

This trip was entirely self-funded. However, we did enjoy a two-night complimentary stay at La Sultana Oualidia and a two-night complimentary stay at La Sultana Marrakech.
